At FUNWEE, we insist on the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you are welcome to contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Please note that we can only accept FUNWEE products purchased directly through www.funwee-creative.com. We do not accept products purchased from third party retailers.
To qualify for a return or exchange, please refer to the following:
- Contact us at www.funwee-creative.com within 30 days of delivery and we will provide you with a return address.
2. The items must be unworn and in the same condition as when you received them.
3. Returned products must include the original item, label and packaging.
4. If it is a quality problem, FUNWEE shall bear the freight for return and exchange of the goods
5. The return tracking code and the image of the secure packing slip will be shared with us via email.
